„The hotel was in excellent location, ski/out and essentially few steps from Main Street. There is a nice ski shop in the hotel itself for all those needs. Staff were nice and friendly and allowed us to check out late for extra day of skiing. Nice large heated pool and multiple hot tubs. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and all necessary cookware etc. Not a luxurious stay but very practical.“

"Was für ein herrlicher Ort, leider ist dieses Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und kann daher nicht unbedingt mit dem Standard anderer Hotels auf unserem Roadtrip, die ähnlich hinsichtlich Übernachtungskosten waren, mithalten. Mit vier schweren Gepäckstücken ist es immer etwas problematisch, nur die Option Treppe zu haben. Das Frühstück hingegen war wirklich lecker und das Personal war auch freundlich."

"Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr sehr unpersönlich. Kein Blickkontakt, kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Einrichtung abgewohnt, die Klimaanlage und der Haarfön waren defekt. In dem Zimmer war es sehr sehr kalt und man konnte wegen der kaputten Klimaanlage nicht heizen. In diesem eiskalten Zimmer konnten wir nicht bleiben bzw.. übernachten. Deshalb haben wir reklamiert. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat seinen Manager angerufen, welcher uns ausrichten ließ, dass er uns den Zimmerpreis wieder zurückerstatten will und wir das Geld innerhalb von 3 Tagen erhalten werden. Keine Entschuldigung ect. Daraufhin haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Die Rückerstattung haben wir leider nicht erhalten. wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen. "

"The accommodation was fantastic. It was modern, trendy and clean. The swimming pool is inside and at the same time connected to the outside; it is heated, too. There is a hot tub that is actually built like a small swimming pool; lovely. It may be a tad outside of the town, yet the accommodation is away from the main road, and hence quiet. Can only recommend this accommodation."

"Leider war der Frühstücksraum klein. Es gab auch keine warmen Speisen zum Frühstück. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir noch, dass wir auf Anfrage beim Einchecken gleich ein Zimmer zum See raus bekommen haben und so nicht dem Lärm des Interstates ausgesetzt waren. 😊"

"Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, allerdings ohne nennenswerte Aussicht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus in Ordnung. Der Empfang beim Check-in war eher enttäuschend: Der Mitarbeiter war wenig motiviert, und der erste Eindruck litt unter Kleinigkeiten wie herumstehendem Essen und einem Kaffeebecher auf dem Tresen – nicht gerade ein professioneller Einstieg. Ein klarer Minuspunkt ist die Parksituation. In der Umgebung gibt es keine sinnvollen, kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten über Nacht. Das Hotel bietet zwar eigene Parkplätze an, diese sind jedoch sehr teuer. Insgesamt ein sauberes Hotel in praktischer Lage, aber mit Luft nach oben bei Service und Preisgestaltung rund ums Parken."
