„The Smith Corporation was very friendly and helpful before we arrived. Upon arrival the property was neat and clean. Everything in the home was functioning. The only hiccup was the second bathroom was a half bath with but did not have a shower. I did not read the description in detail in n reference to the half bath. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. „We got threatened by about 20 black men just driving down the road to the house. Upon entering the house we were met with the strongest smell of bug spray i have ever experienced. We could not breathe and my lungs hurt still the next day. There were dead bugs littered throughout the house. The floor was so slippery from the bug spray it was hard to even walk.there was dried throwup under one of the beds. The headboards were pool noodles that were spray painted black. „We had such a good time here! The porch was huge which was awesome, and you really can't hear the music from the bar as long as the AC is running inside. Loved that we could just walk over to Shuckers and they also let you take your unfinished drink home with you if you're staying at the cottages. Cleanliness was way better than I anticipated, and I loved the decor. I'll definitely be staying here again! “

„We stayed at Magnolia Manor while attending a funeral in Jackson. Soooooo beautiful --- it brought back so many memories growing up in similar homes. My sister can't wait to visit so we can cook and fill the house with wonderful smells and aromas and sit around and reminisce of days gone by. A wonderful place for family and memoroes.“
