The pool is way to small and completely overcrowded - mostly with kids (just compare how small the pool is compared to the number of rooms in the three towers). This means you won’t have a sun-bed or seat, and if, you’ll just hear shouting kids the whole day. It takes 30-40 min to get a drink at the pool-bar. „Yes . Staff were extremely helpful when we first went to the unit there was water on the carpet adjacent to the tiles in the living area. The issue was addressed promptly. Early the next day the maintenance man came and checked the dishwasher and proved that it did not leak. I was very impressed with his work ethic and friendly manner. I believe that the fridge door in the unit has a problem with closing. One had to push the door firmly to make sure that it was fixed fast.“

The breakfast room was filthy and so were the hallways outside the rooms. The hotel is in a central location and is busy. Double up on staff, keep the hotel clean, change the carpets, vacuum consistently and take care of the mold issue. “
