„The Counting House had everything we (family of 4) were looking for - enough space for everyone, clean, well equipped and some lovely personal touches. The location on the Market Square in Belford was perfect for the 20m sprint to the Black Swan and the only slightly longer trip to the Coop. Despite this we can't confirm the mentions of traffic noise in some reviews - the occasional bus really doesn't count in our book! Belford itself is also a great base both for the coast and inland. „Jacqui is an excellent host, and we had a fantastic short break in one of her holiday lets. The cottage is extremely well equipped and a lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable for guests. We were pleased to arrive to a house that was spotlessly clean and we couldnt fault it. „Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Allerdings liegt es sehr nah an der Straße, so dass der Verkehrslärm etwas störend wirken kann. Im Garten hätten wir uns ein paar Blümchen gewünscht.“

„Barn Cottage was the perfect venue for our winter get away with friends. The property comfortable accommodated our party of eight. „The location of the house is perfect for visiting various beaches & historic towns, nothing was too far. The house is very well equipped and felt very cosy but with plenty of space, especially with our 2 golden retriever dogs. They also loved the garden, with lots of room to run around. We can definitely see ourselves returning here sometime in the future.“

„Door ons gereserveerde woning op de begane grond was niet beschikbaar. Mijn partner kan lastig trappen lopen. Ter plaatse een andere woning gevonden. Het is niet of de fout bij u of de verhuurders, maar het is prettig om bij aankomst tegen niet probleem aan te lopen“

„We stayed for a friends wedding, the Garden Rooms are absolutely stunning and were a stones throw from the wedding venue (Newton Hall). The beds were so comfy, the grounds were immaculate and it was a short walk down to the most gorgeous beach! Breakfast was also delicious, we will be back!“
