„We loved our stayed here sadly we only stayed one night plan to return. We picked the garden cottage was lovely was able to see the moon at night from our bed. Our Vizsla also had a great time and felt welcome with her own personal welcome amenity. The cottage was away from other ones so it made our stay more private.“

„Valerie was a great host, very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed, and needed, the breakfast foods she provided, since it was raining when we got there and didn’t have time to go to the store. Eggs, coffee, creamer, yogurt, pastries, were all wonderful. The neighborhood is cute, with a dog park and stores near by. We visited The City of 10,000 Buddha’s, which we enjoyed very much. If you are traveling with a dog, this place is perfect.“

„After a warm welcome we stayed one night in a nice, quite, individually furnished and well equipped appartment above the garage. The double bed is small, but an additional convertible sofa can be used. The house is sited in a green environment. It is a five minute walk to Ferndale Main St (recommendable: Ivanhoe restaurant & saloon). The access road is very steep. “

„This was a wonderful “cottage“ feel cabin. Beautifully appointed, well equipped with air-conditioning, heating, television, and a coffee maker. Quiet little neighborhood where perhaps the most rewarding experience was getting to know the alpacas in the backyard. We can’t wait to return.“

„Calderwod was lke being home while away in a cool place. The inn is classic, the folks - in particular Kiki, the manager - were more than helpful and friendly. So many little hidden places to sit and enjoy. Breakfast was as good as advertised. And just close enough to the plaza and town.“
