The double bed is small, but an additional convertible sofa can be used. The house is sited in a green environment. It is a five minute walk to Ferndale Main St (recommendable: Ivanhoe restaurant & saloon). The access road is very steep. “

„ This is a creekside property with several acres of professionally designed and installed landscape that will remind one of Butchart Gardens in British Columbia on a smaller scale. The ocean is visible from the front yard and the ocean breakers make a sound that is, well, mesmerizing. You will hear the gurgling of Luffenholz Creek at all times when outside.
