„Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment“

„Massive pigeon infestation, cant leave the window open because they will fly in. The hot water finished after 10 minutes in the morning, so no shower in the morning, only one person. You need to climb 50 stairs to reach the apartment, the elevator is broken. Only a 1/2 roll used toliet paper, no rug to step out of the shower, used a towel instead. “

„Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war lecker, man konnte sogar aus verschiedenen Optionen wählen! Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig (Familienzimmer) und es gab alles was man braucht. Zum Bahnhof sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß, was toll ist für einen Ausflug in die Stadt London. Ins Stadtzentrum von Brentwood läuft man in knapp 10min.“

„Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll, leider wurde eines unserer Motorräder vom Hotelparkplatz gestohlen. Niemanden in diesem Hotel hat das interessiert. Die Kameras wurden auch auf bitten, nicht überprüft. Das könne nur die Polizei machen. Die auch kein Interesse zuhaben schien. Fahren sie keinesfalls mit Motorrädern oder wertvollen Fahrzeugen dort hin, es wird danach weg sein. “
