„Very nice and clean and easy check in . Beautiful pools and rented chairs were nice also .very clean unit , easy parking . Negatives were we were given the wrong code to the garage gate . The master bedroom had an outside light that caused the bedroom to be like daylight all night long . All they need to do is put light blocking curtains in the bedroom . The mattress needs to be a memory foam and was not the best and the sheet kept coming off . You need a sheet with bigger pockets .the ceiling ...

„The living room furniture needs to be replaced. On rainy day the sofa was miserable to set on. Ice maker was broken. The beds were very comfortable. We stay at the Palazzo twice a year. Great place to stay. Beach chairs are always a plus. “

The tv was a tiny bit complicated, but once it was figured out is was simple! The views of the sunrise and sunset from the really large patio/balcony were INCREDIBLE!We’re definitely returning, and Phil was a pleasure!We plan to enjoy all of the onsite amenities on our next stay!“
