„Just a few things that would have made the stay better.We had reservations for 10 and there were only 6 towels. Had to go purchase towels and wash clothes. There were only 2 trash bags. Doesn’t take long to fill with a group. Beds were low quality and wore out. “

„House was excellent. Able to dock 3 boats with no trouble at dock with houseDock is very nice. Plenty of area to relax. Easy on and out of drive with boats to fish other areas of Lewis Smith Lake. “

„We loved everything about this property. The house was exceptionally clean. The lake property is not a terrible steep hill so my parents did not have an issue with getting down to the boat dock or fireplace area. My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. We hope to return for another visit when the water warms up. I will say. this property has a lot of boat traffic so it is not the best location for dock fishing. Either way, my boys had a blast! Five stars! “

„Beautiful view- gorgeous safe neighborhood - close to shopping and area attractions. Perfect for get away. Pool was cool during to time of year- screens on windows would have been nice to hear the lake sounds and fresh air..- dirty windows difficult to see from some. House could use some TLC. Controls for separate floors was nice- tricky to control but fortunate had a tech savvy cousin! Stove had 2 burners not working- couldn’t get one oven to work. Ample eating supplies. We enjoyed our time ...

„Everything was great until the last night my mom was bit by a bed bug in the face. I would suggest working on the landscaping, keep the cushion/pillows clean under the gazebo and add a wooden privacy fence.“

„I can’t say enough nice things about our stay at this new beautiful home on Smith Lake. The owners are so easy to communicate with and wanted us to have all that we needed. The home is perfect and so well done with plenty of space. I’m worried about everyone finding out about this place and never getting the chance to rent it again! Just enjoyed it so much, and great for those that don’t have a boat and can rent from the marina nearby. It was cold and they had outside heaters for us to use ...

„We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the cottage on Smith Lake. The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked to meet our needs. Our teenagers enjoyed the downstairs room and living area. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace on the main floor and sitting on the screened-in porch drinking coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy swimming and boating on the lake! “
