„Have stayed here 3 or 4 times for group trips - location is ideal. House is nice and well stocked. Starting to need a little maintenance like cleaning the gutters and roof, minor paint to touch up. The cat doors need to be patched up so rodents don’t get in the house.“

„We had a family wedding. Anna was the best at everything from early arrivals to code issues. The home is amazing only a few minutes from the wedding site. It was truly home away from home.Thank you for everything!!“

„This was the perfect cabin, we went specifically to fish and the dock was outside the back door which made it nice to sit in our chairs and just relax while we fished. Loved the beautiful cabin, the screened in porch, and the hammock in the back yard. The community was a wonderful safe place to walk and enjoy a relaxing time. We will be back!“

„My mom, sister and I stayed here last week. My daughter was playing in a golf tournament at the RTJ golf courses. It was 10 minutes away. The unit is lovely. As is the pool and deck area. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. They live upstairs so available to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks for a great stay. If we ever need to come back to the area we will definitely ask to stay again!“

„This property was clean and nicely appointed. The Deck and steps needed sweeping, but can understand with all the trees around. The weather didn't cooperate, but we had plenty of indoor activities. All in all, a nice family get-together.“

„The host is very generous with closet and dresser space as well as the refrigerator and freezer. House was very clean and the setting was peaceful. I took a quick swim in the river and read later that the Tennessee River is polluted. Nothing the owner can do about that. Still, it was a very nice setting. And it was convenient to the sound studios, good restaurants while being secluded and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck. Only complaint is that we struggled to open wine bottles ...
