„Rooms were clean and personal was very polite and friendly. The only downside the pool was closed but when we made our reservation we knew about this. I'm pretty sure when they are done with the renovations on the pool area will make it 10 times better “

„Breakfast wasn’t good at all even compared to other Hamptons we’ve stayed at. Weird. Maybe an off day but I literally saw a stuff member open a cardboard box with the “fork” that’s used to pry the waffle out of the waffle maker. “

„The room was filthy. The sheet on the bed had a massive brown stain and hairs. The refrigerator smelled awful. We checked in and immediately checked out.“

„Check in was Great !!!!!!!! Morning checkout not very nice, The guy working the counter was in the office and took awhile to come out. Once he did I asked him where I needed to drop off my room key or do I just hand it to him. He never acknowledged my question and just turned around and walked back in the office. I just left the key on the counter. 2 other guests at breakfast was complaining about his behavior as well, at least I know I did nothing wrong. Not sure if he was just too busy ...
