„The stay was good. Upon arrival we were told that we would be placed in a different room because the one we were given had a leaky tub. That was nice! Our room was cozy, a little small on space but it was ok! The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall though. Other than that, we had an excellent stay! “

„Sehr, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer waren erfreulich frisch gestrichen. Das erste Zimmer roch leicht nach Rauch und konnte sofort getauscht werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.“

„It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.“
