„The Resort and rooms are nice and staff really committed to make the stay pleasant. The new pool was not yet open and they first told us we could only use the spa pool if we book a wellness treatment or pay 60 dollars per person & day which was disappointing looking at the price tag of the hotel and the fact that they do charge a resort fee. However when I got there the person at the front desk made it seem as though the number I called was incorrect and after showing the number I called, I was told that it was the resort number but sometimes the people on the other side of the phone are not at the property so the information I was given about my room being able to change.
