„My group of 4 adults had a great stay with plenty of space. The apartment was clean and had many of the basic amenities. Old Towne Arvada is a very cute area with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the train station (2 minutes) and take it to downtown Denver in 25 minutes. We also did a concert at Red Rocks which was only a 20 minute drive, so the location all around is advantageous. Check in/check out instructions were well communicated. I would highly ...

Walking distance to grocery store, great restaurants (Snooze, Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza & Aloy Thai) and secure parking. Host was quick to answer any questions and even helped us fix the coffee maker.
