„This property is in a great location, safe neighborhood and near to downtown Erie and our relatives on both Marlowe and Colliers Parkway.Fairly well stocked kitchen for its size. Very homey. Very clean. Good shower, but walk-in instead of tub would be better, more convenient.Mattress update would be good, especially queen size. „This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is.“
