We used the hot tub each night, beds were relaxing, and large couches. Our annual visit is always booked with Dad Tulip. And the property owners make sure you have codes the day before check in, and plenty of towels and toiletries. We're hooked!“

„This condo is close to everything you want in Helen. There was plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable furniture inside and on the porches. Grill was convenient. Only negative for me was the noise from the traffic. However you are on the main drag and everyone passes by. If you’re a people watcher it’s the best place in town. “

„My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend. “

„Property did not live up to the photos we saw. The property was freezing when we went in and there was no thermostat to control temperature. Only a couple space heaters. After communicating with Vacasa, we learned the unit above us is where the owners live and they control the heat. They told us they would try to get in touch with them but that is ridiculous to even think we can’t control our own temperature.
