„Pleasant stay. The hotel needs additional elevators, room has been redone. Everything was clean. Sloppy remodel but still updated. Bed quality not ideal. Pillow quality could have been better by not the worst. Price point good. Would stay again“

„We loved this chalet! The pictures do not do it justice! The hot tub was huge, the upstairs was adorable and the red heater was spectacular! They provide a packnplay which was perfect because we forgot ours. The communication was above and beyond. We will be coming back next year for sure!“

„All employees were super friendly, views of the lake were gorgeous from the balcony, great coziness in the lobby area where we played games & chatted with friends. Keep in mind that this is an older hotel that will not have a lot of the fancy extras. Convenient to the Anderson Music Hall for a concert we attended and there is a BBQ restaurant very close by.“
