„Walked in & the young lady (forgot to ask for her name new hire) explained that the manager was just with another guest & she hadn’t been there long enough to check me in, which was fine. She was incredibly courteous & had me fill in the paperwork needed instructing me incredibly. At that time the manager came back & seamlessly checked me in.
