„If you want a quiet, isolated camping type experience, this is the spot! Roof over your head, cold AC, washroom and outdoor tub with an unbeatable view of Arenal. Expect bugs if you leave the window or door open too long - that end up dead on the floor in the morning. „When they say that 4x4 with high clearance is required, it is no joke. At least if you turn from Rt 142 driving from Monteverde. 6km of off roading at crawl speed. Fun if you are prepared. The road from the opposite direction is better paved, but you would still feel more comfortable in a SUV. Google does not estimate driving time on bad roads correctly. „Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay!“

„The views! It was absolutely stunning here. The location was really far out from things, about 30 mins or more to get places. But waking up with the view of the volcano and the noises of animals around us were amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the place was perfect for what we needed while we were there. “

„Geschirr war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Bad auch schimmelig und voll mit Bauschaum und viel zu viel Silikon an der Wanne. Insgesamt alles eher nur auf den ersten Blick schön, bei genauerem Hinschauen müsste viel renoviert werden. Ein Esstisch hat gefehlt. An der Küchentheke konnte man nicht gut sitzen. Dafür war der Pool schön, das Haus hatte viel Platz, bequeme Betten und Sofa und der Garten toll angelegt. Auf meine WhatsApp hatte niemand reagiert. “

„Very comfortable accommodation. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. Hammock was a treat. Kitchen had everything we needed including coffee. Pool was great but we couldn’t find the hot tub controls. Location was good for us, close to everything but not too close. A very pleasant stay, will recommend it to friends. Muchas gracias!“
