„My stay was incredible! The view, the food, the amenities, everything was amazing!!! “

„Property is massive, lots of walking to get around unless you get a cart driver. There are not frequent carts to around to assist. Some of the staff did not like to help or go beyond to satisfy the customers. For example my husband at breakfast ask for milk for his oat milk once we were seated, the waiter had the milk for coffee but scolded him for not getting it at the buffet area. It was very harsh. Many of the servers look upset to be in the line of service. Customers satisfaction is poor. ...

„The building is in good shape and generally a really nice place to spent time in. The dedication of the staff to make your stay as comfortable and easy going as possible is what stood out to me. From the service personnel , event management to the bars and not to forget the entertainment team everyone is doing their best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. You should always have some tip money ready or you’ll regret. Can only recommend this place!“

„Our first room was not a garden view, the shower door was broken and did not have the 2 beds that we paid for. The next day we were moved to a different room with a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was a concern with the front desk calling at 4 am for a shuttle that we didn’t reserve. “
