One of the best beaches on the island of Jamaica Mammee Bay Beach has a very good restaurant/ bar also gym

This is a honeymoon and wedding rental why because everything is so beautiful the studio is a contemporary rental also the surrounding area impressive

It even has its own personal fitted kitchen or for those lazy guests why not get a full catering service for $30 USD per day

Champion Chef is $30 USD per day please inquire for details if you require his services ask for Cleavy upon arrival

All you would have to do is buy the food that, you and your family like to eat.

We can have our chef who will purchase all the items on your behalf, therefore everything is possible.

There is also a full-sized swimming pool, with classy alfa loungers that cruise liners use with outside shower for bathing before and after pool use.

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times around the pool area

Gazebo this is a favorite area for our guests who love to dine outside while observing our fruited gardens.

Barbecue Pit is located next to our swimming pool.

Spa Retreat is another favorite for our guests it is a private place where the guests can relax with their loved ones

There is also horse riding facilities within 5 minutes of the villa.

Guests are able to use the washing machine, dryer.

Guest will need to purchase their own washing powder

There is also a great nightlife within the area with clubs like Amnesia, Just Chairs, Margeriterville, Shades and Priory beach has an event and dance.

There are the best tourist attractions on the island a short drive away from our villa an example of this is:

Dunn's River Falls the number one tourist attraction on the island. Where people climb the famous falls with this is a fantastic day out.

Only 10 minutes drive away from our villa.

Dolphins Clove. Where you can swim with the Dolphins - 10 minutes drive away from our villa. Perfect for children or Couples even singles great day out

Mystic Mountain: Where there are cable cars. There is even a great restaurant at the top of the Mountain.

The above three, in my opinion, are the top tourist attractions on the island of Jamaica with the exception of Bob Marley's Museum in Kingston.

The nightlife is fantastic with a lot of clubs and events just ask our gardener Junior walker who is up to date with all the latest events that are happening in the area.

Car rental at around 30 GBP or 48 USD per day

Airport pickup is around $40 USD per person if two or more are traveling if it is only one person then the cost may increase.

Beach Passes

Please be advised that beach passes are provided for your convenience during your stay. However, if a beach pass is lost, a fee of $150 USD per pass will be charged. All guests are required to sign an agreement acknowledging this fee upon check-in.

Gate Remote Keys

We ask that you take extra care with the gate remote keys during your stay. If a remote key is lost, a $150 USD fee will be charged. As with the beach passes, all guests will need to sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of this fee.
