"Tolles Zimmer, etwas klein, aber ok. Hab ich erwartet. alles sauber, Reinigung top. blöd das man mit dem Fahrstuhl einmal umsteigen muss und das Frühstück war nicht so gut für mich und meine Familie, haben wir in Tokio und Kyoto deutlich besser für weniger Geld. Und beim Frühstück war das nicht so toll organisiert mit dem Platz, aber vielleicht bin ich da verwöhnt von Tokio und Kyoto gewesen :)"

"The hotel has a great atmosphere, a really relaxing design and interior with tatami and low level bed and chairs. The onsen was great after a long day of exploring Kyoto and there are a lot of free things like coffee, noodle soup, massage chair.. The breakfast was delicious too. I would definitely come again."

"A very nice hotel right beside JR Namba station and the bus terminal to the airports, surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants at the center of Osaka night life. Lobby is on 22nd floor and the rooms have a nice view of the city and are quite ok in size and comfort. Breakfast selection is quite fantastic, as is the view from the breakfast room. A great choice and good value for the somewhat higher price."
