„We had a wonderful one night stay at the Brass Lantern. Don greeted me when I arrived and showed me the common areas before showing me to our room. The room was very comfortable and clean. The common areas in the living rooms and game room were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a short walk to the village center in Stowe and the recreational trail and about a 15 minute drive to the ski slopes. The next time we visit Stowe we will definitely stay here.“

„The hosts were terrific. My bed was dreamy. Plenty of hot water in the shower with good pressure. Breakfast was different and fabulous every day. I had a wonderful 4 night stay. “

„The location of the inn is great, the rooms are tastefully appointed. The hosts were nice, welcoming and helpfull. There are a lot of stairs and that`s a problem for people who have difficulties in climbing stairs. When I folded back the bedspread there was a big spider - not a nice surprise. Later on I found several cobwebs at the window blind. For our taste the breakfasts missed hearty ingredients - but this might have been just bad luck as the breakfast menu changes daily. “

„The hosts are welcoming, the B&B is cozy and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. This is an old house from the 1800’s with all the charm you would expect, but completely renovated to have all the modern conveniences and very clean. The wood burning fireplace is so inviting. „It was just me and my 20 y/o daughter on our now annual big mountain ski trip. She loved the breakfast, the bathtub, shower, and room in general. I enjoyed all of these as well but location was super important. Staying at the resort wasnt exsactly budget friendly and they make getting a reservation a pain. This place is located at essentially the bottom of the mou tain. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the skiing but it is a straight shot.Staff was super friendly. They offer tons of amenities ...

„Loved our stay here, close to everything and we even got a little fishing in on our trip. Only negative is that since I am allergic to dogs and with them being as pet friendly as they are (I didn't see this when booking), I had some issues with my face swelling after sleeping in the bed. Some of the carpets also smelled like animal urine... but other than that, we absolutely loved it here. “

"Tolles Hotel in Burlington. Das Bett war super bequem und das Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Rest des Hotels sind schön für einen Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine gute Bar in der man abends gute Cocktails genießen kann. Das Frühstück ist aber leider nicht empfehlenswert, viel zu überteuert für das was man bekommt. Trotz Hilton Status gab es seitens des Hotels keinerlei Bemefits was sehr schade ist. "

Schlechtes Zimmer erwischt?

"Vorneweg, unser Zimmer war sauber. Der Empfang professionell und freundlich. Der öffentliche Bereich ist schön und wir haben abends dort gesessen (im Zimmer war es zu ungemütlich). Der Pool ist schön und es gab sogar einen HotTube. Das Frühstück ist selbst gemacht und wechselte täglich. Anlass zur Unzufriedenheit gab allein das Zimmer. Hellhörig ist noch schmeichelhaft. Im Bad blättert die Farbe von der Decke. Das Bett ist sehr unbequem. Blick aus dem Fenster ist furchtbar,wir haben die gesamte Zeit das Rollo unten gelassen. Insgesamt hat das Zimmer den Aufenthalt vermiest. "
