„The location was perfect…easy/quick walk to Church street and restaurants/shops. Off street parking was great. Easy walk to the lakefront for the cruise. Safe. Clean. Perfect for two or three people, but would be a little crowded for more. The one bathroom may or may not be a drawback. Porch furniture would be a great addition.“

„Yes, everything was as told“

„Bel endroit propre et confortable près du centre-ville à pieds parfait pour un weekend!“

„Nice clean studio near waterfront. Near downtown and train station. I will stay there again when we visit Burlington.“

„NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. Because a laundry ...

„It was clean and we didn't do anything but sleep since we got there at 11:30 pm.“

„The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.“

„I had a recent stay with three young kids and it was great. They loved the pool and the s'mores kit! The layout was great for sleeping. The host was very helpful and communication was great. Kids want to go back again!“

„Great property. Only concern was that the bathroom was upstairs while everything else was on the main level. Was hard with my daughter who broke her foot.“

„The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. King bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with necessities- soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Nice to also have parking.“

„There was some unexpected construction noise but the host was very apologetic and provided a bag of goodies as an apology. Host was friendly and accommodating. The loft was immaculate and roomy.“

„Great property. Loved the heater. Very clean and comfortable.“

„cute little loft, was super clean. loved that there was a washer/dryer and full size fridge & freezer with ice. wifi was slow & spotty but there was board games to keep us entertained“

„Location was perfect - you could walk to everything! Apartment was very clean with high end upgrades. Highly recommend!“

„Back yard was full of dog poop and i had to clean it up before I could even let our dogs out, 11 bags. The fence in yard was damaged and our small dogs could have fit through. The tenants upstairs had a dog and jumped on my husband several times barking and growling before tenant got him. Tenants woke me at 6:45 everyday with baby crying and what sounded like vacumm or push toys. There were no pots only big pasta pot. Living room floor sticky.“

„Room was very clean. Listing was accurate. Resort was very nice. Would stay again.“

„The property was really nice and exactly as presented on the site. It was central to our travels in the area and far enough away from the hubbub to provide a relaxing Fall Experience. The Host was available and a local expert. Top Notch.“
