They ask you to leaveIt renter ready but only have a mop and a broom that is very small and does not sweep. On top of that they are trying to charge the insurance I bought for cracked granite behind the sink that had clearly been there for a while. Would not recommend renting with this company. „Pictures of the place are better than the place itself. Unfortunately we have noticed broken fixtures in the bathroom, rust on the tub, wall peeling in the bathroom, thermostat was not working properly and the house was not cleaned as we expected. It is a beautiful home but it has not been kept well and needs serious maintenance.“
