„My girlfriend and i wanted to spend two days (one night) in this beautiful city. We choose this hotel because it was located in the best part of the city and there are plenty high end restaurants and shops near by. The welcoming to the hotel was ok but nothing special. After a short check-in we went to our room. When i went to the bathroom i was shocked. The bathroom was not really cleaned. „Sehr schönes, altes Hotel (aber renoviert) mit viel Flair und schönen Zimmern. Da Laredo eine Bordertown zu Mexico ist und entsprechend desolate Verhältnisse downtown herrschen, stellen Sie sich ernsthaft die Frage, was sie dort wollen. Aber das Hotel ist sehr, sehr gut mit zwei Pools und einem Whirlpool. Dame beim Check Inn war aber nur grenzwertig freundlich. Die Club Etage ist super.“

„They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room. It took four trips to the office spread over two hours before they brought a heater. The heater was a propane heater that was almost empty. The instructions said to only use it in a ...
