"It is a very nice hotel, staff is super friendly & helpful. The room in total was nice, very comfy bed, spacious. The structure of the room is a bit weird. You can watch your partner on the toilet (also in the shower) and the automatic light in the room makes it impossible to go silently on the toilet in the middle of the night (because this light shines directly on the bed through the bathroom „window“). If you have a strong bond, this room is for you. :)"

"An sich ist die Unterkunft sehr schön und vor allem sehr gut gelegen und ruhig. Fahrstühle sind trotz der vielen Etagen sehr schnell da. Frühstück war fantastisch. Was auf einer persönliches Vorliebe beruht ist das Thema Handtücher. Ich zb brauche nicht jeden Tag ein neues. Aber es gab nur drei Optionen zur Auswahl - und selbst bei “do not disturb” hat man einen ganzen Satz neuer bekommen, die ich nicht benutzt habe. Aber jemand der jeden Tag neue haben möchte, kann diese auch problemlos bekommen. Was mir gefällt ist aber die Wahl zwischen einen kompletten Room cleaning und einem Basic Room cleaning. Wasserdruck und Badezimmer waren gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Check out war problemlos erledigt. "

"Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Hakata. Im EG des Hotels gibt es einen Convenience Store. Es wird für alle Gäste ein Onsen Surf Verfügung gestellt. Auch die öffentlichen Busse und Metro Stationen sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. "

"Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Lage, die sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Urlauber ideal ist. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und von sehr guter Qualität – es gab eine grosse Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Delikatessen. Der Service war tadellos: Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Die Zimmer-Ausstattung wirkte teilweise etwas veraltet, und es gab einige kleine Mängel. Wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln, trotz dieser Schwierigkeit hat das Hotel schnell und professionell reagiert. H"

"Das Hotel war grundsätzlich okay. Ich hätte jedoch etwas mehr erwartet aufgrund der tollen Erfahrung im The Blossom in Kyoto. Für alles muss man hier separat bezahlen, z.B, die Gepäckaufbewahrung."
