Our property accommodates a MAXIMUM of 4 overnight guests. To help us properly prepare the home for your stay, please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests who will be staying overnight.

If your plans change and additional guests will be joining you, please contact us through VRBO before arrival so we can review and update the reservation as appropriate and prepare accordingly.

Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted. The number of overnight guests must match the reservation, as updated with our approval.

***SEASONAL RENTALS***
January, February, and March require a minimum 28-night stay within each month. A continuous three-month stay is preferred.

***PETS — DOGS ONLY***
We welcome one dog, up to 20 lbs. WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. Cats and other pets are not permitted due to allergy and cleaning considerations.

The property features a completely enclosed, fully fenced backyard with a 6-foot high wooden privacy fence and a latching gate. Ideal for pet owners looking for a private, safe outdoor space. The fence is secure for medium dogs, the gate has a standard small gap underneath, if you are traveling with an small/ultra-small breed, please supervise your pup while outside.

HOUSE-TRAINED DOGS ONLY
Dogs must be fully house-trained. Puppies or dogs that are not reliably house-trained are not permitted, as indoor accidents can cause damage, lingering odors, and additional cleaning.

A $120 pet fee applies to APPROVED pet dogs. Dogs must be current on veterinarian-recommended flea/tick prevention, and proof of current treatment must be provided before check-in.

UNAUTHORIZED PETS — STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Do not bring an unapproved pet to the property. Bringing an unauthorized pet is a violation of our rental rules.

Where permitted by applicable law and Vrbo policies, unauthorized pets may result in the applicable $120 pet fee, additional documented cleaning or odor-remediation costs, charges for damage, and further action, including cancellation or termination of the reservation where permitted.

SERVICE DOGS: (ESA'S are not classified as service animals and our pet fee applies)
Legitimate service animals that qualify for protection under applicable law are always welcome and will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements. As per ADA guidelines, service animals must remain under the handler's control and care at all time and cannot be left unattended inside the home at any point during your stay. Knowingly and willfully misrepresenting a service animal may have legal consequences under Florida law.

We proudly wecome legitimate service animals! Because we love our four-legged guests, we provice a custom dog basket and a freshly laundered dog bed for every canine visitor. To help us ensure these amenities are set out and ready for your arrival, please let us know ahead of time if a service dog or approved pet will be companying you.
