„Enjoyed the property & its close location to Nokomis Beach which is an easy walk. Quiet neighborhood. Had plenty of beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc for your use which was appreciated. Easy access to downtown Venice or up to Sarasota. Perfect accommodation for a couple or 2 person stay. We will be back again as the hosts were very helpful & responsive. “

„We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again!“

"Guter Check in. Unterkunft (3 Schlafzimmer Apartement) ist geräumig, die Betten gut. Leider kam uns bei Ankunft aus einem Schlafzimmer gleich eine Kakerlake entgegengerannt, später begrüßte uns eine weitere aus dem Küchenschrank. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nur sehr mäßig für eine 6 Personen Unterkunft. Ein Teelöffel(!), 5 Gabeln, 5 Messer. Viel zu wenig! Kein Toaster vorhanden! Auch nur 2 Beachstühle. Ansonsten war soweit alles OK, nur kurz über die Straße Zugang zum Beach. Parken sehr gut, Umgebung auch ganz nett. Aber bei dem Preis alles zusammen genommen nur ein OK."
