Our family of 10 stayed at Ayatana Ooty for four days in mid June to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. We booked four rooms - the Jacuzzi Chalets. The cool weather, misty mornings, and beautiful surroundings made the stay even more special.

„The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The service was just ok. The property belongs to an old couple. Their breakfast starts at 8.30am which is late for us travellers. Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam. But i prefered finding something else on the way. I noticed that they provided with games like darts, badminton etc.. The ...
„Bathroom is bad. No water supply properly in the basin. As shown in the picture bathtub is not at all usable. Infact bugs are in the bathroom. No telephone in the room and unfortunately there are not even staff available to seek help. I had to go searching for them. No Internet even after asking for them. Only positive about the place is the lawn. It’s not worth the price “
