„Das Hotelmanagement war sehr zuvorkommend uns bei unserem Problem der defekten Klimaanlage zu helfen. Wir bekamen 2 Tage später ein neues Zimmer mit sogar einem viel besseren Ausblick auf die Berge! Als Aufmerksamkeit erhielten wir den kompletten Spa-Bereich ab 22 Uhr privat füruns zur Verfügung. Sonderwünsche wie ein Geburtstagskuchen wurden auch sehr gern verwirklicht! Immer wieder gern! Vor allem ein großes Lob an die Küche: jedes Gericht war ein Gaumengenuss ohne Ende!!!!“

„The apartment was super modern and well-equipped. Staff at the reception was super nice and always helpful. We would recommend the wellness area with two saunas and the outside whirlpool with a beautiful view into the mountains. Staying without a car and exploring the beautiful landscape is possible but a bit inflexible because the bus schedule is sparse.“

„Es ist schade das die Bilder nicht dem Zustand sprachen. Wenn man Schwimmen wollte musste man für einen kleinen Pool nochmals Geld zahlen. Wir wurden nicht gefragt ob wir noch was benötigen. 5 Tage kein Internet. Nur immer die Aussage. Wir hatten einen Sturm. Der Mann am Empfang war unfreundlich. „We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. „My favorite thing about this property was the remoteness. It is at the end of the street with a lot of new builds. We were here in the off season, so it was very quiet. The views from the room look right out into the forest. One wall is a giant sliding window/door so you feel like you are part of nature. The apartment is brand new, well equipped, and very comfortable. It sits right along the ski trails, so I hope to go back in winter. “
