Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from Destin’s beaches and five minutes from Eglin AFB, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home blends modern comfort with meaningful detail.

Each room is styled for rest and relaxation. You'll find Helix mattresses, hotel-grade linens, and blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep. The layout is perfect for families, couples, or travel companions looking to share space without sacrificing comfort.

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, peaceful backyard view, spacious closet

Second Bedroom: Queen bed, cozy lighting, neutral tones

Third Bedroom: 2 Twin XL beds, great for kids or adults needing space of their own

Bathrooms: Full hall bath with tub, primary bath with step-in shower—both stocked with soft towels, all-natural bath products, black "makeup" washcloths, and thoughtful extras like Q-tips and cleansing wipes

Dish soap and scrub brushes for hand-washing pots and pans (our cookware prefers not to go in the dishwasher!)

Full-size washer & dryer in the garage with Tide pods and Downy

Cleaning tools (Shark vacuum, broom, etc.) if needed

Pack ’n Play and high chair available for families traveling with little ones

Communication
I’m always nearby if you need anything, but I also respect your privacy. My goal is to offer a hands-on level of care without ever feeling invasive. If I’m ever unavailable, someone from my small local team may step in to assist.

A Quick Note on House Rules

No parties or events

No smoking or vaping indoors

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Please remove shoes indoors

Garage access is limited to laundry and beach gear only
