It’s so near the beach or the boarded beach access, we had no issues pulling our wagon with kids in tow for a quick walk over. I love that it’s near Seaside and other restaurants/shops but it’s much more quiet and quaint. The house itself was perfect for us, the screened in porch was our fav every day for meals and games.
