„Frühstück war gut“

„We did not like the fact that they didn’t fixed our door right away.It took them 7 hours to fix it. We went out to viewing at a funeral home so our things were left unsecured for 7 hours. The front desk said the maintenance man will come with in 1 or 2 but didn’t come on time. Our door was fixed after 4 pm“

„The property was immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were down for Hampton’s Homecoming and the price was very reasonable considering the events for the weekend. I would definitely recommend this location & rebook for my next visit.“

„Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Highways 64 und hat eine gute Anbindung nach Williamsburg, Norfolk und Virginia Beach. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie mehrere Restaurants. Die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr moderat, wenn man diese mit denen von Virginia Beach vergleicht. The entire facility is poorly maintained. Bedlinen are dirty, all family members had bites from bedbugs all over their bodies after our stay there. Rooms are not well cleaned, ACs are dirty and full of dust. Breakfast is average, nothing special. Cannot compare to Holiday Inn Hotels here in Europe, a house like this would have had ...

„Room was extremely clean and bed was comfy.“

„The area is historical and relaxing. The staff super friendly “

„Don’t stay here. Found roaches in the room. Management is nice until you inform them of your stay and all customer service goes out of the window. When they were informed that they have roaches (with proof), they deny the information that was provided to them instead of apologizing. I hope they have pest control service the property instead of ignoring the problem.“
