This brand new Basement Studio Apartment is the perfect size for 1 nurse or healthcare worker. With your own separate entrance, this basement studio has its own private bathroom and kitchenette. It boasts plenty of storage and has a lovely living and dining area, with a Queen size bed with Memory foam mattress, tucked in its own nook.
This is a well planned basement space that almost makes you entirely forget its in a basement. The well stocked kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, kettle, french press and portable cooktop for light but essential cooking needs.
In additional to all of this, you also have access to a washer and dryer in a shared but separate section of the basement. This studio apartment is a short 2 min drive from Newark Beth Isreal Hospital. Centrally located so also very close to many other area Hospitals.

This home is located in the Weequahic section of Newark. Please research the area before booking, if you are not familiar. We are in a safe neighborhood. This home is right off of Lyons Avenue, close to Newark Beth Isreal Hospital. We are also minutes from Newark Airport. A short 2 min walk takes you to the bus stop right on Lyons Avenue, where you can hop on a NJ transit bus to Beth Isreal Hospital, a 5 min ride or to New York City which is a 45 min ride away. No car needed.

Professional cleaners clean and disinfect after each guest. Plus we block 24 hours between each guest. This is the perfect place to stay that meets your needs, so we ask that you please treat this house as if it was your own. In the unlikely event that you damage anything in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire private apartment. The backyard is NOT available to you. No drug use or smoking of any kind is allowed inside apartment and on premises. It is our strict policy.
