Accessing the Property
Your access code will be provided prior to your arrival.

1. When facing the property, head to the left side.
2. Enter through the gate.
3. You will see the black door at the back — that is your entrance.
4. The unit is located on the first floor.
🔓 When exiting the property, do NOT use the deadbolt. Simply pull the door in to close and it will lock automatically behind you.

🚌 NJ Transit Bus — Steps from the Property
Several NJ Transit bus routes stop within walking distance of the unit:
The closest bus stop is Clinton Ave at Seymour Ave, just a 1-minute walk away. Additional stops at Bergen St at Clinton Ave (3 min walk) and Hawthorne Ave at Seymour Ave (9 min walk) are also nearby.
Bus routes serving the area include the 13, 39, and 70. These connect you to downtown Newark, Newark Penn Station, and surrounding neighborhoods. Use the NJ Transit app or Google Maps for real-time arrival times.

🚊 Newark Light Rail
Warren Street station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. The Newark Light Rail connects you quickly to downtown Newark, Prudential Center, NJPAC, and Newark Penn Station.
A standard one-way ticket costs $1.80 and is valid for one hour of travel across the entire system after validation. For short trips between underground stations — Warren Street, Washington Street, Military Park, and Newark Penn — a discounted underground ticket is available for just $0.85.

🗽 Getting to New York City
Option 1 — PATH Train (Recommended)
The PATH train runs 24/7 at a flat fare of $3.25 per ride regardless of distance. From Newark Penn Station, the line runs through Jersey City directly to the World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan — approximately 30 minutes end to end.
PATH accepts contactless credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) directly at the fare gate — no setup required. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are also accepted. Note that MetroCard is not accepted on PATH.
Option 2 — NJ Transit Rail
NJ Transit trains depart from Newark Penn Station to New York Penn Station every 15–20 minutes, with the journey taking approximately 21 minutes. Purchase tickets through the NJ Transit app before boarding.

Newark Airport is easily accessible by NJ Transit train from Newark Penn Station — approximately 10–15 minutes. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are also a convenient option directly from the property.
