***There is 2 staircases to get to unit. This property is located in a luxury apartment building occupied by residents that live there. Please be mindful and respectful of that. There is no smoking or parties or events. Additional $40 fee if more then 2 guests.
***Noise monitor in unit does record not conversations or words it’s to prevent parties.

- Parking lot 3 min walk away and 6 minute walk away. $20 for the one 6 min walk away and $30 for the one 3 min walk away.

This is located in business district downtown Newark, the apartment is 2 blocks away from Prudential center. NJ Penn station is located across the st. NJPAC is less then a 5 minute walk. All restaurants are in walking distance as well as convenient stores.
