„Smell the new“

„this property was good all around--clean facility, nice staff, convenient, good breakfast, and reasonable rates. We enjoyed our stay.“

„TERRIBLE WILL NOT STAY HERE“

„Very nice it felt like home“

„Room was clean and staff was very helpful“

„Room was a bit cramped and had an odor when we walked in. The outlet by the tall mirror was non-functional. The toilet paper holder is located under a 'cover' almost behind you - we set it on the edge of the sink. The shower temperature wasn't variable - had to shower much hotter than I like. AC unit is very loud, and the walls are not insulated against noise. All minor issues. Staff was very friendly, eager to please, and everything is updated and super clean. No parking issues. All we needed ...

„The room was very large and very clean. Everyone that was at the front desk was helpful. Elisabeth was especially kind and helpful.“

„The facility was nice. Everything else was disappointing. In these high temperatures, not having a refrigerator is embarrassing. Every other hotel I've stayed in has had a refrigerator. A microwave would also be nice. Breakfast is not offered. Coffee in the lobby is ridiculous because it's a long walk away. The pool is also far from the room. And last but not least, I was woken up by a leaf blower right outside my room door at 7a.m.. That's very disrespectful to the guest. Lots of insects ...

„This was an amazing property to stay at especially if you’re heading to a UT game! Breakfast was also amazing! very quiet & clean! Would stay here again“

„It was fine - parking is a pain - you have to pay with an app. Some front desk folks were nice and helpful. Some weren't. I wasn't given our breakfast vouchers on check-in - we paid via the booking app. When I asked for them was treated with suspicion - they were suggesting that I had already received them and was trying to swindle them.“

„Paloma was really nice and helpful at the breakfast“
