„Five women spent the weekend! The condo was clean and very comfortable! We were visiting a local friend and the location was close to her place. The space was open and plenty of seating for our visit! The outdoor patio is lovely and again with plenty of seating! We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual gathering!“

„A little disappointed we couldn't start the dishwasher for some reason. The living room lamp was missing a light bulb, and the furniture wasn't the most comfortable. Overall the location was great, good location, lots of information provided before check in. Check out was a breeze. River is slightly farther from the condo that the listing looks, but still very nice part of the river to be in.“

„We absolutely loved our stay! We go to New Braunfels every summer and this was hands down the best place we've stayed. Great communication, perfect location, extremely clean and well stocked. We even extended our time there because we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be visiting again!“

„It was my daughter's 18th birthday. We floated the river all day Saturday. Then went to see a concert in the evening as well as dinner at a restaurant in Gruene Tx . The condo is large, clean and located in a great neighborhood in New Braunfels. We would definitely go again.“

„We went to enjoy the river and this spot is perfect for that! The river is basically in your backyard! The unit was super cute and very clean! Washer and dryer is in the unit and there were laundry pods 🙂 Super convenient when you don’t want your clothes to stay wet and dirty from the river Well stocked w tp and towels and the pool is right outside your balcony. We will definitely stay again!“

„Great location. You can walk home for lunch from Schlitterbahn. Loved the blackout curtains in every room for sleeping. Also, I really appreciate this property having so many extra pillows! The property is beautifully decorated! The layout of this property was well thought out- It is very small but used every inch efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay!“

"In diesen 8 Tagen wurde nicht geputzt! Im Badezimmer lagen schwarze lange Haare von unserer Ankunft bis zur Abreise an der gleichen Stelle. Aus der Klimaanlage im Badezimmer kam ständig Dreck. Die Bade-/Duschwanne hat wahrscheinlich monatelang keine Reinigung erfahren. Einfach eklig!!! Der Frühstückraum war verschlossen. Entweder haben wir im Gang oder in unserem Zimmer gefrühstückt. Es gab weder Marmelade, Käse, Wurst, Eier oder Bacon zum Frühstück. Nur Toast, Butter, abgepackte Kuchen, Kornflakes, lauwarmen bis kalten Kaffee oder Milch. Dem Typ an der Reception war bei unserer Abreise nur wichtig, dass er eine gute Bewertung erhält. Wir wurden nicht mal verabschiedet. Ein Zimmer im 1. OG wurde uns auch verwehrt, angeblich wegen Renovierung. Da war nichts. Da wir in der Nachsaison waren, waren wir teilweise die einzigen Gäste."
