„Wirklich schöne, saubere Wohnung. Zu verbessern wäre einzig die Info zum WiFi könnte in der Wohnung hinterlegt sein, als auch die Codes um die durch die Türen auf das Gelände und den Pool zu kommen. Man muss 2 Tage zuvor ein Formular ausfüllen und die Identität bestätigen,dann erhält man die Zugangsdaten. Leider hatte mein Telefon kein mobiles Internet. Das machte es etwas kompliziert.“

„Beautiful home and beautiful views. The layout was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms plus a gameroom with a kitchenette upstairs and a large master suite down. The location was great being centrally located to both Schlitterbaun and the Comal River.We had a wonderful time and hope to return. I would recommend this property.“

„Great location. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough that you can take care of what ever you may need. The resort restaurant is a little gem. Dinner is excellent and the view is quite nice. Resort pool is large and staff is friendly. The tide really can take the water far out from the main beach but it is the best time to go exploring. „Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. Everyone had the room needed inside the house and were well pleased staying there . . . Great place!“

„Home was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Refrigerator had an icemaker. Plenty of towels and cleaning items available. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows.The backyard was simple, covered deck with a table a chairs. Grss covered lawn and beautiful cypress tress providing shade. Steps leading down to the river. There is a wooden dock. I was hoping for a place to put my chair in the river water and relax, but the water is too deep there, it just drops off. Only some roots to step down ...

„We so enjoyed this unit on Memorial Day. We had been at this property before but this condo was superior to our last rental. The balcony and overlook of the grounds was so relaxing. The pools were very enjoyable and so added a nice touch to our overall stay. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with all the needed essentials. We cannot wait for our next trip!“

„Our stay was amazing! I have OCD, so traveling is really hard for me. Cleanliness is a top priority for me. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was amazing.
