„Insgesamt kalt und zugig. Im ersten Zimmer trappelnde Geräusche nachts. Recht staubig.

„Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room.“

„Clean room , staffs are good, by my side the hotel is best at budget friendly“

„We booked the Family Room with Balcony and Jacuzzi for a 3-night stay. The room itself had a very cozy feel and was perfect for a family, and the staff was phenomenal—always friendly and eager to help. However, the room's main selling points fell short of expectations: Jacuzzi Maintenance: The floor jet caps were missing (except for 2 or 3), making it uncomfortable to stand or sit in. „Well maintained. Good customer service.“

„Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. „Helping Staff, best view from room, of an valley.“

„Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again.“

„It is very close to shopping center and trail. The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel“

„Very comfortable stay. “

„Location is so nice to view the entire train station.“

„Best one to dtay in Darjeeling. “

„Yes“

„There was nothing there to like. Everything was terrible & not in a livable condition. No working bathroom, no weather controlled rooms, very old & dirty towels. Please remove this property from your list. No one should live in such horrible conditions after paying so much. I should get some refund back if not the entire amount. Thanks 🙏“
