„This property is wildly misrepresented. The photos and listing on Expedia are misleading at best. The hotel was hard to access, the sheets and towels were visibly dirty, and there was no soap provided in the room. Worst of all, the pillows were covered in black mold—a serious health hazard that should warrant immediate closure. The Wi-Fi barely functioned, and the overall condition of the hotel suggests complete disregard for cleanliness or guest safety. This is not a 3-star experience by any ...

„The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days.“
