„I had a great stay at the Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center! The room was very comfortable, everything felt new and well-maintained, and the entire place was spotless. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

„Reservation was for 2 double beds and in one room we got 2 beds and in the adjoining room, there was only one queen size bed. It was a handicap room and I couldn’t get into the bathtub. I thought there would be a shower, but that’s all I have to say.“

„Hotel looks newly-renovated, even smells new. Room and linens sparkling clean. Spacious with hair dryer, comfy bed, nice shower. Good breakfast with lots of variety and fresh food. Couldn’t believe all of it came with such a reasonable price! Only drawbacks for me (personal preference): no vending machine with snacks (but a gas station is right across the street) and the fancy coffee machine had lots of latte options but didn’t make very good regular coffee.“

„This hotel has thin walls. We heard a phone ring from another room and was looking for it in our room. You hear everything. The sheets were worn down and over all, it looked clean but didn't feel clean. The hotel also told us they would have a pending $100 hold for damaged or incidentals. We didn't make any mess in our room, didnt take anything. We left before check out. The 'incidental hold' charge looked suspiciously like duplicate room charge. We're now disputing this charge.“

"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es war mal ein Sheraton Hotel wurde aber offensichtlich ein Wyndham verkauft und seither nicht mehr gepflegt. Im Pool ist ein Speckrand, es gibt keine Duschen, einige Dachplatten sind defekt. In der Lobby gibt es eine Bar, die aber nicht geöffnet wird. Essensreste von anderen Gästen bleiben lange stehen. Das Frühstück zeichnet sich durch viel Einwegverpackung aus und es wird nur unregelmäßig nachgefüllt."
"Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Personal jederzeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich. Unterkunft gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. Kinokomplex, Kartbahn und diverse Restaurants in Laufnähe.
Allerdings - was die Küche angeht - Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowellenofen, Gefrierschrank, Toaster und Wasserkocher verfügbar. Aber sonst absolut nichts - kein Geschirr, kein Kochgeschirr, kein Besteck, keine Teller, Gläaser oder Tassen, keine Spülbürste oder Spülmittel oder Küchenlappen/-tücher. Musste alles selbst kaufen, um die Küche dann auch wirklich verwenden zu können. "
