„Schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel in englischem Stil. Der Spa Bereich war super sauber und bot abwechslungsreiche arrangements. Wir hatten ein Balkon Zimmer. Nicht so schön war der Balkon/Terrasse, welche hätte einladender gestaltet werden können und staubwischen auf den Lampen ist empfehlenswert. “

„We had a great 6 day stay at the Damson Dene. All the staff are super friendly. Had a couple of SPA treatments with Sharon, they were amazing and so reasonable priced. The food in the hotel was superb. The breakfast was plentiful and the evening meals were delicious. The only issue we had was with housekeeping. Over the six days we were there they only made up our room twice. Once we did put the "do not disturb" up as my husband wasn't feeling great. I had to request for them to go in on ...

„Stayed 2 nights. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Ate there 2 nights and food was great. Free on site parking, lovely lounge to sit in, games room and small pool. Would love to stay here again.“

„Good hotel with good views and clean rooms. Rooms we stayed were compact with Mountain views. A great location in Ambleside. Bus stops with Public Buses towards Windermere are next door. The hotel didn't have lifts but the climb on the stairs didn't seem steep.but older people might struggle a bit. There's a £12 parking charge per day. Breakfast was included but very limited options and a limited window for an hour“

„Definitely not worth £500.. checkin reception, Lack of information given about hotel and room. Not guided and advised where exactly our so called.sweet was as different building to hotel. No toothpaste, showercaps or essentials which you get in average hotels now days. No stocked mini fridge.. sauna was not even hot enough even after hour. Checkin 3pm but out by 10.30am, when requested can we leave 11.30am reception said will be £30 you would think £500.for less then 24hours was enough. Don't ...
