I had made a note that we were celebrating a few special occasions and were given an upgrade I believe and a lovely card when we got to our room. „It’s a majestic and beautiful property which has been tastefully decorated. We stayed in the family room (2 adults and a teenager) and it was huge and lovely. The only criticism would be about the bathroom…the shower pressure and no shelving in the shower or bath to put your products on (very minor though).
