„Excellent kitchen and staff, very nice and lowkey, very low water pressure, bed was too firm, should change up breakfast menu a bit, low water quality“

„Staff were professional and friendly. Customer service was good.“

„I needed a hotel that offers conference rooms also. The room are big and clean, the conference organization was very good and the hotel is in a good area in Lagos. Breakfast is ok, the restaurant a bit slow, friendly reception, good security.“

„In all it was a very good stay, however, they seemed to have an issue with hotels.com, which led to me paying an extra N5000. But apart from that the hotel was great and I will book again.“

„A sure place for comfort and peak hospitality“

„I booked online with Hotels.com and when I arrived to check-in they told me that my room wouldn't be available and that it was being fumigated. They didn't offer me another room, they didn't offer me a refund, nor did they try to help me book another room somewhere else. I arrived around midnight and had to try and find alternate arrangements in the middle of then night (I am a female and was traveling alone). Totally unacceptable. They didn't even send me aessagd in advance to let me know.“

„Great service. Slow wifi. Tasty food. “

„The hotel/ property does not exist . Its a complete fruad. I was stranded on arrival at the address. Am still waiting for my refund from expedia“

„We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation“

„It was an ok stay the rooms are spacious and he bed is large! “

„I made the reservation because it’s only a few minutes drive to the location of my meeting but the hotel did not meet my expectation especially considering the amount it was going for“
