„We absolutely loved this cabin. I live an hour south of Nashville. It’s hard to believe that this lies 10 minutes from downtown. We go to Gatlinburg every year. This definitely has those vibes. The host is awesome. Very responsive and very cooperative. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!“

„This cabin was perfect for a weekend stay with 5 friends! It was clean, cozy, and we were able to cook at the cabin with the provided cookware. It was located in a great spot, still close to plenty of businesses. No complaints at all!“

„It was my second time staying here. It’s a great property. Location for us is perfect and secluded. I will say this time I noticed the house was not as clean. I get you are in the woods but we found mouse droppings in pots and pans. The house seems super cluttered with expired food in the fridge and clothing in the dressers. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. “

„We really enjoyed our stay. It’s very clean and quiet. The only thing I would recommend was for you to bring your own bath towels and wash cloths. I feel like we spent 2 days at the little house on the prairie. “

„Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. “

„This cabin is just the scene we were looking for during our getaway. It's rustic and tucked away in the woods on the side of a hill with hiking trails near. The property manager was very responsive, even late at night during a tornado warning. He made sure we were safe and taken care of. The driveway is very steep and could be tight for larger vehicles, but you get used to navigating it. The downtown area of Franklin is very cute and walkable. „Beautiful, well cared for house, perfect for entertaining and conveniently located to everything. Love the thoughtful and tasteful decor. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again:)Notes for improvements: Hot water in 2nd floor bathroom shower ran out after one shower so had to use other bathrooms for showering. A gas grill would be a wonderful addition to take advantage of the large patio and outdoor space. Pans in kitchen need to be replaced, they’re in very rough shape. ...

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es its eine kleine Wohnung und bietet alles was man bracht. Schickes Design, sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine grosse Badewanne. Leider gab es nur warmes Wasser, welches gerade zum Duschen reichte. Nach 2 min war es alle, ich konnte also leider nie in die Wanne steigen. Sonst alles tip top, würde wieder buchen. “

„Absolut dreckiges Zimmer. Nachttische mit sämtlichen Flüssigkeiten der Vorgänger verschmutzt. Aus klarem Glas wurde so Milchglas. Absolut ekelhaft. Der Gesamtzustand der Unterkunft ist akzeptabel aber nur halb so gut wie auf den Bildern anzunehmen. Lage ist super. Kontakt nur per App, aber schneller antwortzeiten. Auf das bemängeln der Sauberkeit wurde allerdings nur mit einem „standardtext“ reagiert anstatt direkt eine Reinigungskraft zu senden. Generell aber okay dort.“

"Sehr gut gelegen, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Leider wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Zimmer/Suites sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider etwas hellhörig. Man hört vom oberen Stockwerk jeden Schritt, was allerdings nicht so schlimm war, weil es kein langer Lärm war. Pool mit Sonnenliegen zum relaxen 👍. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Suite. Wasser und Eis auf diversen Stockwerken frei zur Verfügung. "

"Check-In war zügig, jedoch wurden keine Informationen zum Hotel gegeben. Nach dem Motto: help yourself. Grösse der Zimmer ist gut. Bett war sehr bequem. Die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang oder bei Fragen war unterdurchschnittlich. Eher etwas gelangweilt und nicht sehr motiviert. Google Chromecast ging plötzlich nicht mehr und die lapidare Antwort war "ja, dass wissen wir, aber wir können nichts machen". Zimmerservice nur auf Verlangen. Da hätte ich mir zum Check-In gewünscht, das der Kundenwunsch bez. Zimmerservice abgefragt wird. "

"A very nice hotel with large rooms and a perfect view from the rooftop area. There was only one negative point: the ,included breakfast’ was poor - a crowded area with long lines and limited seating at the time of our visit."
