The main level includes one bedroom, while the others are spread across the upper floors, offering space and separation for everyone in your group.

Relax and unwind on the fully furnished **rooftop sky deck** with panoramic **city views** and an **6-person hot tub**, perfect for soaking in the skyline or enjoying evening cocktails. The flat, unobstructed lot allows for plenty of natural light throughout the home, adding to the elevated guest experience.



For your convenience, the property includes a **2-car garage with rear access** and additional parking in the lot. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a group trip, or a special celebration, this home provides an exceptional base for exploring Nashville. Located just **3.8 miles from downtown**, Hydes Ferry Hideaway puts you minutes from Broadway, as well as countless restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment venues—while still offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.



This home combines **modern luxury, unique design, and a prime location** to deliver a memorable stay for every guest.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
