The modern kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, perfect for both casual breakfasts and formal dinners. The dining area offers an intimate setting to enjoy delicious meals together with your loved ones.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Each bedroom in this condo is a unique retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a sunflower wallpaper accent wall, offering a tranquil sanctuary for ultimate privacy. The primary bathroom is conveniently located in the same hallway, along with the closet for clothing storage and a washer and dryer for convenience. The 2nd bedroom boasts a king bed with a modern design and a diamond accent wall, and it's the only bedroom with a Smart TV. The 2nd bathroom is across the hall from the 2nd bedroom, offering a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a playful flamingo accent wall. With a split floor plan, all bedrooms provide a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure.

In our ongoing commitment to enhance your rental experience, we are delighted to introduce a complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. **Subject to Availability** The luggage holding service is only available from Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
Parking:
Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon arrival, ample street parking is also first-come, first-serve.

**This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.

Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
