You will have access to the entire space during your stay with the exception of the garage, one locked closet and a few locked drawers in the downstairs master bedroom.

Please note that the price includes several mandatory state and local taxes totaling 15.625% plus a $2.50 per night room tax. The nightly rate quoted is inclusive of these taxes.

The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. As you prepare to leave, please help us enable the cleaning team by leaving the property tidy, loading and turning on the dishwasher, and taking out your trash.

NOTE: the home is located in a quiet residential community so we are unable to accept requests for stays that include parties in the home or yard. Please provide comments with your booking about the purpose of your visit and plans in Nashville.
