The door key pad did not function and the handle was locked. The owner contact number did not work. We spent two hours in the phone with VRBO, only to be offered two nights stay at a hotel which we told them would not work with our full crew of people, toddlers, etc. They did not have the ability to get us into another house and only offered to reimburse us if we booked a hotel through Expedia- pretty much a BS way to deal with a bad situation. Thankfully we were able to do a same night booking with your main competitor in short term rentals and got into a house that night. Odd that your competitor can do it but you are unable or unwilling to get it done for a long time customer. I will not further express how disappointed and angry we were by the way it was handled but know we are done with VRBO.
